Greg Giraudi

Greg Giraudi has extensive work experience in various roles, including President, Founder, Board Member, Executive Operating Advisor, COO, and Attorney. Greg began their career as an Attorney at Dorsey & Whitney/Brobeck in 1999 and worked there until 2003. From 2003 to 2012, they served as the COO and General Counsel at Buy.com. In 2012, they joined Clearlake Capital Group as an Executive Operating Advisor until 2017. In the same year, they founded Indi and has been a Board Member there ever since. Giraudi served as President at Bluefly from 2013 to 2015 and is currently the President of Shop Premium Outlets since 2020.

Greg Giraudi holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Chemical Engineering from UC San Diego. Greg also earned a Doctor of Law (JD) degree from the University of San Diego School of Law.
