Emil M.A is the Chief Nursing Superintendent of the Indian Railway Medical Service and a research scholar in Hospital and Health Management at IIHMR, Jaipur. Emil previously served as the Principal of Zydus Hospitals' School of Nursing and led the establishment of a world-class nursing institution.
