Indian Rhythms promote Indian culture through dance and music in Norway.

Shikha Chandra is the founder of Indian Rhythms and the work is being continued by Richa Chandra an internationally recognized Kathak dancer in Oslo, Norway.

This organization aims to impart Indian classical and contemporary dance forms with a focus on Kathak both performance wise as well as training.

With the aim of imparting knowledge of Kathak and her dedication in popularizing this classical art form, Richa has founded Indian Rhythms. The Indian Rhythms School of dance has grown in stature and the students have carved a niche for themselves in the field of dance. The school has diversified into other dance forms such as Bollywood dance fusion, Bhangra etc. to appeal to a variety of dance learning enthusiasts. Indian Rhythms also organizes dance workshops with guest facilitators from different parts of the world ensuring Richa and her visions stay on top of the game.

The students that come to Indian Rhythms are given the possibility to take examinations in Kathak and certificates in bhangra dance.
