Sofia Konovalova

Sofia Konovalova has a diverse work experience in the tech industry. Sofia currently works as a Junior Developer at INDICA since October 2021. Prior to that, they were a Junior Software Developer at OrangeMason from April 2020 to October 2021.

Sofia also has experience outside of the tech industry. From March 2020 to April 2021, they served as the Commissioner of Internal Affairs at Study Association STORM. In this role, they were responsible for collaboration and interaction between different associations and handled internal affairs and documentation. Additionally, they were in charge of organizing study sessions and lectures as part of the Educatie Commissie.

Before that, Sofia worked as a Teaching Assistant at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam from September 2019 to February 2020. Sofia assisted students in understanding coursework and answering questions, and also graded assignments and managed the student project. This experience helped their develop time management and communication skills.

In 2016, Sofia was a Company Secretary and Board Member at Semki, a JAYE Company. Sofia was part of a team that built a social enterprise and was responsible for taking minutes during meetings and assisting in their organization. Sofia also participated in other tasks such as trade fair logistics and product design.

Sofia Konovalova pursued their Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam (VU Amsterdam) from 2018 to 2021.
