Keith McPhun

Keith McPhun is an experienced operations leader with a strong background in engineering and management. As the current Director of Operations Excellence at Indicor since May 2025, Keith has held significant roles in various organizations, including Vice President of Operations at Cornell Pump from April 2012 to June 2025 and Director of Operations at nLight Photonics Corp. from April 2006 to March 2012. Prior positions include Vice President of Manufacturing at Industrial Gaskets Inc. and Director of Operations at Micropump Inc. Keith's career began in the Royal Air Force as a Flight Simulator Technician, where responsibilities included the repair and maintenance of complex simulator systems. Keith earned a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Bedfordshire between 1995 and 1999.
