Indie-Intel helps independent consultants and small boutique firms build predictable client pipelines without the business development headache.

THE PROBLEM
Independent consultants can't justify full-time BD resources, but inconsistent pipeline puts their practice at risk. Most consultants know what they should do—post on LinkedIn, pitch marketplace projects, run email campaigns—but lack the time and systems to execute consistently. This creates a "give-a-sh*t gap" between knowing and doing that prevents talented consultants from thriving.

THE SOLUTION
Indie-Intel provides done-for-you business development services across multiple channels. We handle the scanning, pitching, posting, outreach, and follow-ups while consultants focus on delivery. Our modular approach includes:

- Foundations – Content libraries, case studies, and capability decks optimized for AI and human readers
- Channel Management – Execution across online marketplaces, LinkedIn, and email campaigns
- Conversion Support – Proposal formatting, pricing insights, and optional 24/7 pipeline management
- Indie Intelligence – Cross-platform opportunity data and actionable insights from nearly 100 marketplaces

THE RESULTS
Our clients achieve 10%+ pitch-to-interview conversion rates (vs. 1-3% industry average), generate $200K+ in quarterly revenue from channels that previously delivered sporadic results, and see 20x return on investment by eliminating wasted time.

FOR CONSULTANTS BY CONSULTANTS
Founded by consultants who've worked across all models—from independent to mega firms—Indie-Intel understands the unique challenges of building high-growth BD functions for strategy and management consulting experts. We've been on both sides as consultants and platform insiders, and we built the solution we wished existed.

We offer sales and marketing as a service—not a skill you're supposed to master.
