Most recently, Preeti served as a Service Delivery Officer at Kotak Mahindra Bank. Prior experience includes roles as a Team Lead for Tele Collections at Home Credit India and as a Collections Manager at HDFC Bank, where responsibilities included managing unsecured loans and vendor operations. Preeti also worked as a Tele Collections Manager at IIFL Home Loans, focusing on home loan collections in North India, and is currently a Manager in Collections at Indifi, overseeing both secured and unsecured product collections.
