The Indigenous Artisans Accelerator is a dynamic program designed to empower Indigenous artists, makers, and creatives across British Columbia to build sustainable, thriving businesses rooted in both tradition and innovation.

Our mission is to strengthen the Indigenous creative economy by providing practical training, culturally grounded mentorship, and access to a supportive peer community.

Participants benefit from expert-led workshops, hands-on business education, and guidance from leading Indigenous mentors and facilitators in the arts, entrepreneurship, and economic development. Through this holistic approach, artists gain the tools, confidence, and connections needed to reach new markets and audiences—while honoring their cultural heritage and values.

The Accelerator’s vision is a flourishing Indigenous creative sector where artistry is not only valued and respected, but contributes to ongoing cultural and economic growth. By sharing skills, knowledge, and lived experience, the program supports self-determination and reconciliation, inspiring the next generation of Indigenous leaders and storytellers across BC and beyond.
