Deepa Krishnamurthy

Deepa Krishnamurthy has a diverse work experience spanning over nine years. Deepa currently holds the position of Head - Human Resources and Talent Acquisition at Indiginus since September 2019. Priror to that, they worked as a Freelance Human Resources Consultant from November 2018 to August 2019. From January 2018 to October 2018, they served as a Talent Acquisition Partner - APAC at Aspect Software (APAC), where they handled end-to-end talent acquisition and generated reports for HR meetings. In 2017, Deepa held the role of Senior Human Resources Manager & Business HR at LegalDesk.com. Deepa also acted as the Operations Manager at Trans Neuron Technologies from November 2015 to September 2016, where they handled operational activities and led the content team. Deepa's experience also includes working as an Assistant Sector Head at Alliance University in 2015, where they compiled and maintained a database of consultancies and built relationships with employers. Deepa started their career as a Software Engineer at Symphony Teleca from November 2013 to June 2015 and also worked as a Software Engineer at Cyient (formerly known as "Infotech Enterprises ltd") and Insylabs Pvt Ltd from July 2011 to October 2013. Overall, Deepa Krishnamurthy has a strong background in human resources, talent acquisition, and operational management.

Deepa Krishnamurthy completed their education in a chronological manner. Deepa started with their high school education at St. Joseph's Anglo Indian Girls High School, where they studied science from 1999 to 2005. After completing high school, Deepa pursued a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Information Technology at Vidya Vikas Institute of Engineering and Technology from 2007 to 2011.

In 2015 to 2016, Deepa attended Alliance University to obtain a Post Graduate Diploma in Management with a specialization in Human Resources Management and Services. Deepa further expanded their knowledge by pursuing a Postgraduate Degree at XLRI Delhi from 2022 to 2023. Their degree focused on Digital HR Transformation and People Analytics.

In addition to their formal education, Deepa Krishnamurthy obtained a certification in Gallup Strength Finder from Gallup in July 2018.
