Erica Wright

Erica Wright is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in health, wellness, and fitness. As President of Wright Cleaning Services Inc. since October 2018, Erica leads a commercial cleaning company focused on custom cleaning programs for medical facilities and corporate offices. Concurrently, as an author, Erica's work "I Am My Own Superhero" is available in Indigo and Coles locations across Canada. From December 2011 to March 2019, Erica operated Erica's Fitness Movement, combining motivational speaking with fitness instruction aimed at promoting mental wellness among youth and parents. Previously, as the #1 Canadian Fitness Instructor of the Year at Booty Camp Fitness, Erica fostered a supportive environment for women's fitness. Erica's educational background includes degrees from Yale University in the Science of Wellbeing and multiple certifications in fitness, health coaching, and mental health first aid.
