Indigo Yoga is Fort Worth's home for hot yoga, community, and wellness — serving the DFW metroplex since 2006. Co-owned by John Cornelsen and Sandra McGlothlin, Indigo has welcomed over 900,000 visits across nearly 20 years, earning more than 5,000 reviews across Google, Facebook, Yelp, and other platforms.

We offer a full schedule of heated and unheated classes for all levels — from vigorous hot power flows to gentle restorative sessions, meditation, and barre. Our 21-person teaching team brings depth, experience, and heart to every class.

Indigo is more than a yoga studio. For over a decade, our teachers have provided free, trauma-informed yoga at community locations across Tarrant County — bringing wellness to people who need it most. This commitment to service is core to who we are.

We also partner with Fort Worth businesses and organizations on corporate wellness programs, private events, and team-building experiences. Whether you're an HR director exploring employee wellness options or a business owner looking for community partnerships, we'd love to connect.
