Indigo Yoga is a community dedicated to providing a safe, peaceful environment for people to come together to learn the practice of yoga. We seek to create a warm and welcoming refuge from day to day stress. The Indigo Yoga family is built up of a variety of teachers who each have their own unique style and flair. We intend to offer interesting and creative instruction by high quality, knowledgeable, and sincere yoga instructors who will inspire, support, and guide you to a healthier and happier lifestyle.  We intend to instill the understanding that yoga is of love and is a personal practice, which should be recognized as such for each individual.
