Cindy Hoops is an experienced professional in project management and customer success, currently serving as the Director of Project Management and Implementation at Indigov since September 2023. Previously, Cindy held the position of Vice President of Customer Success at Structural from November 2019 to November 2023, and Director of Implementation and Project Management at Granicus from March 2015 to November 2019, focusing on SaaS solutions that enhance digital communication between government agencies and citizens. With a foundational career that includes roles such as Implementation Manager at GovDelivery and Installation Specialist at ADP Dealer Services, Cindy has developed expertise in managing operations, integrations, and team leadership across various industries. Cindy earned a Bachelor of Science in Marketing Communications from the University of Wisconsin-River Falls in 2001.
