Crystal Howard is a seasoned retail professional with extensive experience in operations and management across multiple high-profile brands. In addition, Crystal holds the title of Director at ZARA, overseeing the highest volume store on the West Coast and achieving significant annual sales results. Crystal's prior roles include leadership positions at Victoria's Secret, TOPSHOP TOPMAN, Bath & Body Works, and Limited Brands, demonstrating a consistent track record of driving sales, enhancing customer experiences, and executing effective operational strategies. Crystal earned a BS in Consumer Marketing from The Ohio State University.
