Dharma Wick is an operations and customer experience specialist with extensive experience in project coordination, learning, and development. Previously, Dharma served as Operations Manager at Royal Chance Palace Private Limited and Surge Global, and as an Assistant Team Lead at HealthRecon Connect LLC. Dharma has also contributed as a Communications Coordinator for FAO, supporting food security initiatives in Sri Lanka. Currently, Dharma is the Department Manager at ZARA and is pursuing a postgraduate degree in Project Management at Algonquin College.
