Eirik Steen

Eirik Steen is the Managing Director at Inditex Group Nordics, where they focus on organizational improvement, change management, and talent detection within the International HR department. Eirik holds dual Bachelor's degrees in Business Administration and Law from Universidad de Navarra and completed an MBA at IESE Business School, alongside an exchange program at New York University. With a strong background in retail operations and technology integration, Eirik previously served as HR Business Partner and Project Manager for RFID technology at Inditex, and has also worked in project finance and legal roles at Banco Santander and Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer. Eirik's passion for processes, technology, and training drives their innovative approach within fast-paced environments.
