Emma Redondo

Emma Redondo has extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Emma started their career as a Human Resources Assistant for Zara in Canada in 2004. From there, they moved up through various roles and eventually became the Human Resources Director for Zara in Canada, overseeing HR operations for 1,800 employees in over 35 stores. Emma also played a major leadership role during the company's rapid growth. Emma then transferred to the United States and Puerto Rico as the Human Resources Director, overseeing HR operations for 7,000 employees in over 102 stores. Prior to their time at Zara, Emma worked as a Payroll Assistant for Bell Canada. Emma has a strong background in managing HR departments, supervising teams, and implementing training programs.

Emma Redondo completed their education at Concordia University from 1998 to 2002, where they obtained a Bachelor of Commerce degree. During their time at Concordia, Emma focused on International Business and Human Resources Management. Prior to attending Concordia University, Emma studied at College Stanislas from 1985 to 1998, where they completed their Bacc Francais degree with a specialization in Economics.
