Kevin Lu, GRP, serves as the Total Rewards & HRIS Director for APAC at L'Oréal since October 2016. Previously, Kevin held the role of HR Operations Director and Compensation & Benefits Manager for APAC at Inditex, where responsibilities included managing compensation and benefits programs, HR operations, and HR controlling and budgeting. Prior experience includes positions as Senior Benefits Consultant for Asia Pacific at Convergys HR Management and Consultant at Hewitt Associates, as well as HRIS Analyst at China Mobile. Kevin holds a degree from Shanghai Jiao Tong University and completed additional training at World at Work in 2014.
