Laura Ríos

Laura Ríos, PhD, is a data science manager at Inditex, where they focus on data-driven strategies and innovation. They have previously held roles such as head of artificial intelligence at Ontech Security and PhD researcher at Doñana Biological Station, where they managed large online databases and developed spatial algorithms. With extensive experience in biostatistics and data science, they have contributed to various projects, including creating fraud detection models at Sopra Steria. Laura completed their doctorate in Statistics and Operational Research at the Universidade de Santiago de Compostela between 2014 and 2018.
