Lin Si

Lin Si has extensive experience in the retail industry, primarily with Inditex group and its brands. Beginning as a Store Manager for Bershka from December 2010 to January 2012, Lin progressed to the role of Area Manager for Central China at Bershka until October 2013. From January 2012 to April 2013, Lin served as Support Manager for Inditex group, leading teams to establish flagship and new stores in the Central China region and training store leaders. Currently, Lin holds the position of Brand HRBP at Inditex, starting in February 2015. Lin's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Knitwear Design and Textile Engineering from Donghua University, an MBA in Brand Leadership and Consulting from the University of East Anglia, and an exchange program in Fashion Design and Management at Ecole nationale supérieure des Arts et Industries textiles.
