Maja Kubera

Maja Kubera is a seasoned Brand Manager at Inditex, specializing in Pull&Bear since October 2011, where responsibilities include store management, performance analysis, and project management across various departments. Maja plays a key role in new store openings, conducts training programs for staff, and formulates strategies to enhance market share and profitability. Previously, as Area Manager (VM), Maja led recruitment and staff development initiatives, managed budgets, and executed retail expansion strategies in Poland. Maja began a career at PULL&BEAR as a Deputy Manager, focusing on achieving KPIs, managing audit processes, and optimizing team performance. Maja holds a Master's degree in Psychology of Management from Społeczna Akademia Nauk, completed in 2010.
