Micheline Devos

Micheline Devos is currently the HR Director BeLux at Inditex, where they manage and coach the HR team while defining strategies to meet country HR KPIs. Previously, Micheline served as HR Manager at Cortina Group, where they developed and implemented HR strategies, leading initiatives in recruitment, talent development, and employee engagement. They also held roles as HR Manager in logistics at Cebeo and Branch Manager at Randstad Inhouse Services, focusing on process optimization and team coaching. Micheline began their career at Adecco, where they gained extensive experience in client supervision and recruitment across various sectors. They are pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Communication Management at Arteveldehogeschool.
