Silvia Exposito has extensive experience in human resources and management within the retail sector, currently serving as Responsable de RR.HH. Area manager-HRBP at Inditex since August 2011. Prior to this role, Silvia was a Store Manager at Massimo Dutti from October 1998 to August 2011 and started a career in recruitment as Técnico de selección de personal empresarial at Laborman ETT in early 1998. Silvia holds a degree in Diplomada en Relaciones Laborales y Recursos Humanos from Universidad de Oviedo.
