Rick Short

Rick Short is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in marketing and engineering. Currently serving as Corporate Associate Vice President at Indium Corporation since January 1984, Rick Short has also held various leadership roles, including Marcom Director and Director of Marketing Communications. In addition to corporate endeavors, Rick Short is the Songwriter, guitarist, and vocalist for The Rick Short Band, active since January 2010, overseeing song creation and band management. Previously, Rick Short worked as an Engineering Technician at Homogeneous Metals Inc. from 1979 to 1984, where new manufacturing process capabilities for powdered metals were developed. Rick Short's educational background includes an Executive MBA from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, a BS in Business Administration from Utica University, an AAS in Science Laboratory Technology from Mohawk Valley Community College, and a NYS Regents Diploma from West Canada Valley Central School.
