Basab Pradhan is the Chairman of the Board at Indium Software and serves as an Independent Director at Provana and Perficient. Previously, they were the Chairman and CEO of Gridstone from 2005 to 2010, a Silicon Valley startup that built technology to automate the extraction of financial data from SEC filings and sold the data platform on a subscription basis to financial analysts. They co-authored Offshore: India’s Services Juggernaut, published by Penguin in 2012. At Infosys, they held multiple leadership roles, including Business Development Manager, Head of Global Sales & Marketing, and Vice President & Regional Manager, contributing to the company’s growth. They studied at the Indian Institute of Technology Kanpur (B.Tech) and attended the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad (1987–1989).
