Srikanth Manoharan (Mano) has more than 24 years of experience in the IT industry playing multiple roles in Quality Assurance, managing strategic accounts, pre-sales, solutions & delivery He is a seasoned expert in automation and performance engineering. He has worked in leading software services companies like Accenture, Cognizant, Tech Mahindra, HCL. At Indium, he is heading the Digital Assurance practice and capabilities that includes Advanced Automation, Performance Engineering, Cyber security, Digital Quality, IOT, as well as innovation across to Indium’s QA IP frameworks.

He has done many TMMI based assessment and helped customers move up the maturity level. He has very strong Banking & Payment domain experience too and worked with many leading US, UK and Indian banks in managing their core application testing.

He holds a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) degree from Annamalai University.
