Individual Me provides personalised NDIS support designed around each participant’s goals, independence, and lifestyle.

We support individuals across Assistance with Daily Living, Supported Independent Living (SIL), Short Term Accommodation (Respite), and Community & Social Participation.

Our approach focuses on real-world experiences, skill development, and meaningful outcomes. Whether it is building independence at home, accessing the community, or developing life skills, our supports are tailored to the individual.

We work closely with participants, families, and support coordinators across the Illawarra, Wollongong, and Queensland to deliver consistent, reliable, and person-centred support.
