Clare Piekos

Clare Piekos has extensive HR experience, starting in 2004 as an HR Graduate Trainee and HR Officer at McCain Foods. Clare then worked at Reckitt Benckiser from 2007 to 2014, serving as a Human Resources Business Partner and leading various change management projects. Since 2015, Clare has been working at Indivior, holding roles such as Global Human Resources Business Partner and HR Director for Global Supply, R&D, Medical & Talent Development. During their time at Indivior, they have focused on change management, culture and engagement, and designing and implementing HR strategies.

Clare Piekos holds a Master's Degree in Human Resource Management from The Manchester Metropolitan University, which was completed in 2004. Clare also obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Geography from The University of Sheffield in the years 1999 to 2002. Clare's educational journey began at Clitheroe Royal Grammar School, where they completed their secondary education from 1992 to 1999. In addition to their degrees, they have obtained certifications such as the Kornferry Potential Tool from Korn Ferry in 2021, Lominger; Via Edge; Agilities from Lominger International in 2016, Lominger; Voices 360 from Lominger International in 2015, and FCIPD from CIPD in 2014.
