Sherry Carty

Sherry Carty is an experienced patent professional specializing in intellectual property management, particularly in the biotechnology sector. Currently serving as a Patent Agent at Indivior since April 2025, Carty previously held positions including Director of IP at Cytonus Therapeutics, and Director of Intellectual Property at BioCryst Pharmaceuticals. With a strong background as a Patent Strategy Consultant at Inside Patent Management and a history of building robust patent portfolios at DuPont, Carty has developed expertise in bridging the gap between company leadership and outside legal counsel.
