Thomas Weis

Thomas Weis has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Thomas began their career in 1999 with the German Federal Armed Forces, where they served in basic military service for one year. Thomas then held internships at Deutsche Bank and Lufthansa in 2003 and 2004, respectively. In 2005, they completed a diploma thesis at Heraeus Kulzer Dental Ltd. in Shanghai, China.

In 2005, Thomas joined Pfizer and held various finance roles, including Senior Financial Analyst, Finance Lead, and Finance Business Partner. Thomas worked in Planning & Reporting, Corporate Controlling, and Oncology. Thomas also participated in the Guest Auditor Program in Malaysia.

Thomas joined RECKITT BENCKISER PHARMACEUTICALS INC. / Indivior in 2014 as a Finance Controller for North America before transitioning to Indivior in 2015. At Indivior, they served as the Commercial Controller for North America and later took on roles as the Associate Director of Global FP&A and the Finance Director for EUCAN. Their responsibilities included financial reporting, presentations to the Executive Committee and the Board of Directors, and business partnering for Global Functions.

Most recently, Thomas became the Vice President of Global Financial Planning & Analysis at Indivior in 2022.

Thomas Weis has an education history that includes multiple programs and degrees. In 2021, they attended Deloitte for the Next Generation CFO Accelerator Programme. From 2008 to 2010, they pursued an MBA degree in General Management at Lord Ashcroft International Business School in Cambridge, UK. Prior to that, from 2000 to 2005, they studied at the University of Applied Sciences Giessen-Friedberg in Germany, specializing in Business Administration & Engineering, and obtained a Diplom Wirtschaftsingenieur FH degree. In 2004, they participated in the ERASMUS program at Kymenlaakso Polytechnic in Kouvola, Finland, focusing on International Trade.
