Sumit Sharma

Sumit Sharma has extensive experience in retail and operations management within the food and beverage industry. As the AVP of Retail Operations and previously as Director of Operations and Associate Director at IndoBevs since April 2016, Sumit has played a crucial role in overseeing operations and ensuring financial targets are met. Prior to this, Sumit served as the Business Head at FAASOS Food Services Pvt Ltd, focusing on employee management and financial oversight. Sumit’s earlier experience at Yum Restaurant India Pvt Ltd included significant roles, such as NSO Operation Manager for North & Central India, where responsibilities included managing large teams, facilitating store openings, and developing operational manuals. A career that began in KFC as a Team Member and progressed through various management positions showcases a strong foundation in the restaurant industry. Sumit holds a Bachelor's degree from Delhi University.
