Vikram Verma possesses extensive experience in retail and telecommunications, having held significant managerial roles in various companies. As Manager of Operations at Reliance Retail Ltd from February 2004 to March 2010, Vikram Verma demonstrated expertise in operational fitness, sales strategy execution, and customer engagement, contributing to enhanced store performance and compliance. Following this, Vikram Verma served as Manager of Prepaid Sales at Idea Cellular Ltd from March 2010 to June 2015, where responsibilities included territory management and profitability strategies. Since June 2018, Vikram Verma has been the Unit Head for JC operations at Reliance Jio Infocomm Ltd, overseeing prepaid, postpaid, enterprise, fiber, and device sales and distribution.
