Chris Roberts

Chris Roberts has had a diverse and extensive work experience. Chris is currently the CEO of Indr, Inc., a role they have held since March 2020. Prior to that, they worked as a Consultant at Defendec, Inc. from July 2019 to March 2020.

From 2016 to 2019, Roberts held various roles at Dtex Systems, including Vice President Worldwide Public Sector Sales and Vice President Americas. In 2018, they served as the Vice President of Growth at Remix.

Before their time at Dtex Systems and Remix, Roberts worked at Good Powered by BlackBerry for six years from 2010 to 2016. Chris held the position of Vice President Public Sector Sales and played a key role in growing the public sector revenue from $2 million to $31.5 million, spanning 18 countries.

From 2008 to 2010, Roberts was the Public Sector Director for South Africa at Microsoft Corp. Chris was responsible for transforming public sector enterprise software and increasing revenues from $14 million to $20 million.

Prior to their role in South Africa, Roberts worked at Microsoft for six years from 2002 to 2008. Chris held positions such as Government Industry Director, where they managed business in the Middle East and Africa region, and World Wide Industry Manager, E Government, where they directed global e-government solutions and managed accounts across various regions.

Roberts also has experience as an entrepreneur. Chris founded Carta, Inc. in 1994 and served as the Founder, President, and CEO. The company provided Internet development services to enterprise and public sector customers, securing over $14 million in venture capital and employing over 120 full-time staff.
