I’m Indra Dhar, your dedicated consultant and guide, committed to elevating both your business operations and personal life through purposeful growth.
My journey began as a Physics professor, but my quest for self-fulfillment led me to social entrepreneurship. I founded HandKnit India to empower women in the craft sector—a venture that became as much about my own growth as it was about transforming lives.
Early on, I discovered that business success depends on systems and automation. Thirty years ago, when automation was a privilege only for large companies, I built a thriving export manufacturing business with a custom ERP solution. This not only helped me compete globally but also allowed me to create the balance I deeply valued in personal life.
From scientific excellence (PhD in Physics) to craft and business excellence, my passion has always been purpose-driven entrepreneurship. Along the way, I’ve had the privilege of guiding

1,500+ success stories—business owners who streamlined operations, scaled profits, and found balance.
With over three decades of experience, I now dedicate myself to helping entrepreneurs and manufacturers fix operational flow, automate smartly, and achieve sustainable profitability.
If you’re ready to simplify your business, scale your revenue, and build a life that works in harmony with it, I’m here to guide you every step of the way.
