Adel Galeev

Adel Galeev is an experienced professional currently serving as the Head of Mature Markets (EMEA+APAC) and Head of Retention (EMEA) at inDrive since March 2023. Adel has a strong background in business development, demonstrated through leadership in improving driver activation rates and successful market launches. Prior to inDrive, Adel spent over a decade at Philip Morris International, progressing through various roles including Regional Sales Manager, where oversight of a 120-person team led to exceptional consumer experience scores and significant sales plan fulfillment. Additional achievements include building project management culture and launching a successful B2B application. Adel's education includes a Master of Engineering in Oil and Gas Engineering from State Oil University and participation in a Business Strategy course at Harvard Business School Online.
