Andrei Karmazin

Andrei Karmazin is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in engineering and management across multiple sectors. Currently serving as the Head of Engineering for the Fintech Cluster at inDrive since July 2022, Andrei oversees the development of one of the fastest-growing ride-hailing services globally. Previously, as a Technical Unit Leader at Avito, responsibility included managing over 20 engineers and ensuring compliance with PCI DSS standards. As Co-Founder and CTO of AJ TechFin Group, Andrei led numerous successful Big Data projects for prominent clients, including Sberbank and Gazprom Neft. Andrei's earlier roles included significant leadership positions at Sputnik and development work at beeline Russia and Research Institute Centerprogramsystems, demonstrating a strong foundation in software development and systems integration. Andrei holds an engineering degree from Tver State Technical University.
