Jeri Doris

Jeri Doris is an accomplished human resources executive with extensive experience in leading people operations and diversity initiatives across various organizations. Currently serving as Chief People Officer at Justworks, Jeri leads teams focused on supporting small business growth through effective people strategies. Previously, as Chief People Officer at TAG - The Aspen Group, Jeri supported a workforce of 20,000 across five consumer brands. Jeri also contributed as Chair of the Diversity Advisory Board at Delivery Hero and held the position of Head of Human Resources at Rakuten USA, overseeing HR strategy for a large workforce. Jeri holds a B.A. in International Relations from Texas Christian University and an MBA in Human Resources from Purdue University's Daniels School of Business.
