Ingrid Santos

Ingrid Santos is a dedicated professional with a passion for working with the public and advising managers in project, process, and people management. They have experience in effective communication, interpersonal relationships, and dynamic collaborative processes. Ingrid graduated in Public Administration from the Universidade do Estado do Amazonas and obtained a postgraduate degree in Project Management from IETEC. Currently, they serve as Scrum Master III at INDT, focusing on leadership and agile practices to optimize team performance. Ingrid aims to facilitate the understanding of agile methodologies and promote continuous improvement within teams.
