John Ritz

John Ritz currently serves as the Director of Business Intelligence at Indus Communities, having joined the company in September 2020. Ritz has successfully led initiatives to enhance revenue strategies, achieving a 9.6% increase in portfolio revenue in 2022, and played a pivotal role in turning around underperforming assets. Prior to this, Ritz held multiple roles at Texan Landmarks, negotiating significant lease and purchase contracts, and at Ilan Investments, providing critical support in financial operations for a large property portfolio. Ritz holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and a minor in Financial Planning from Texas Tech University.
