Armando Cabrales

Armando Cabrales has a diverse work experience that spans over 17 years. Armando began their career as a Communications Officer in the United States Marine Corps, where they served for 10 years. Following their military service, they joined Sayres and Associates, Corp as a Senior Systems Integration Engineer, responsible for managing and developing technical and programmatic contract modification documents for shipboard communication systems. Armando also participated in various external working groups and facilitated meetings for the company. In 2018, Cabrales joined DELTA Resources, Inc. as a Combat Systems Certification Analyst, providing engineering support and managing C5I baselines for NAVSEA 05H C5IMP and PEO IWS. Armando then moved on to INDUS Technology, Inc. in 2019 as a Combat Systems Project Engineer and Principal Analyst. In this role, they provided technical support and expertise for the installation, integration, and maintenance of Combat, Sensor, C4I, and Navigation systems for Amphibious Class ships. Armando assisted in shipboard test programs, combat system testing, and coordination, as well as combat system Alteration Installation Team coordination and testing. Cabrales' work experience demonstrates their strong technical knowledge and expertise in Combat Systems.

Armando Cabrales obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Sociology from The University of Texas at El Paso. Armando pursued this degree from 1995 to 2001. Later, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Finance from Strayer University from 2014 to 2016.
