Eric Schrotberger

Eric Schrotberger is a mission-driven Combat Systems Project Engineer and U.S. Navy Veteran with an active Secret Security Clearance and over 15 years of experience in shipboard systems integration and technical readiness. Previously, Eric served in various leadership roles, including Training Team Lead Assessor and Leading Chief, where they managed diverse teams and enhanced mission readiness through training and operations planning. Currently, Eric works at INDUS Technology, Inc., providing critical technical and programmatic support to the Naval Surface Warfare Center. They hold an Associate in Applied Science degree in Technical Studies from Excelsior College.
