Joe Kidd

Joe Kidd has a strong background in the military and defense industry. Joe is currently working as a Senior Operations Research Analyst at INDUS Technology, Inc. since December 2021. Prior to this, Joe served as a Master Scheduler, Project Manager, and Trainer in various warfares at Afloat Training Group Western Pacific from December 2018 to December 2021. Joe also worked as a Department Chief and Trainer in warfares at Afloat Training Group Middle Pacific from November 2015 to December 2018. Additionally, Joe served as a Department Chief on USS ESSEX / BONHOMME RICHARD from January 2012 to September 2015. Joe started their career at Navy Mine & Anti-Submarine Warfare Center as an Instructor, Trainer, and Anti-Submarine Tactical Air Controller from January 2009 to December 2011. Joe also worked as a Division Chief and Anti-Submarine Tactical Air Controller on USS SIMPSON from March 2005 to December 2008. Throughout their career, Joe has gained expertise in operations research, project management, training, and various warfares.
