Ajit has over 20 years of experience with the initial ten years of his career being in senior positions at MNC financial institutions in India such as Credit Suisse First Boston and Credit Lyonnais securities. He co-founded Indusion in 2007 and has been involved in the executive search space for more than ten years across a wide range of industries.
