Sreechith S has over 11 years of work experience in Human Resources. From 2016 to present, Sreechith has been working as the Senior Human Resources Manager at IndusLaw. From 2015 to 2016, Sreechith was the Sr.Executive HR at NBTC Group (Naser Mohamed Al-Baddah & Partner For General Contracting Company), where they provided support to the Business Managers in all people related initiatives and managed employee separation activities. From 2012 to 2015, Sreechith worked as the Sr. Officer HR & Operations and Officer HR - Transactions at T V Sundram Iyengar & Sons Limited. Lastly, from 2009 to 2012, Sreechith was the Team Lead at GreenPepper Consulting India Private Limited, where they headed the Non IT Division, handled 4+ members and acted as Key Account In Charge for all the Non IT Clients.

Sreechith S completed an MBA in HRM & System - ERP from Vellore Institute of Technology between 2007 and 2009. Prior to that, they attended Zamorin's Higher Secondary School between 2002 and 2004.
