Tom Spence

Tom Spence has a diverse work experience history. Tom began their career as a Founder and Co-Director of online retailer Geek Smart Ltd before moving on to roles with ALMIS International Ltd and Ernst & Young. Tom then worked at Tesco Bank in various positions, including Product Manager and Insurance Risk Manager. Following this, they joined Konnect Learning as a Research & Production Manager where they successfully created products in multiple sectors. Tom also had a contract role at Vero supporting AMP Group Insurance colleagues with processing domestic insurance policies. Most recently, Tom held director positions at 4 Cladding Services and Industar.

Tom Spence completed their education at two institutions. From 2005 to 2007, they attended York College in the UK, where they obtained their A levels in various subjects. Later, from 2007 to 2011, they studied at Northumbria University, earning a BA(Hons) degree in Business Studies. In addition to their educational background, they have also obtained several certifications, including the Construction Skills Certification Scheme - Construction Site Visitor and the Site Supervisors' Safety Training Scheme from CITB.
