Michael Mueller

Michael Mueller is a Virtual Production Technical Director at Industrial Light & Magic since January 2015, responsible for collaborating with animation supervisors and directors to optimize shot pacing and staging, while ensuring high-quality Facial Capture data. Michael has also served in various positions within the company, including Virtual Production Stage Technician and Technical Assistant III, managing asset flow between ILM and vendors. Prior to joining ILM, Michael gained experience as a Server at Cheddar's Casual Cafe, and as Head Lifeguard at the Harriet and Joe Foster Family YMCA, where leadership and staff management were key responsibilities. Michael holds a Bachelor's degree in Visualization from Texas A&M University and a Certificate in Character Animation from Animation Mentor.
