Rasely Ma is a VES award-winning Facial Capture Supervisor, Layout and Matchmove Supervisor at Industrial Light & Magic, with a strong background in 3D animation and VFX. Previously, Rasely worked as an Integration Artist at Digital Domain and held various roles in matchmove and layout for notable films such as "Avengers" and "Thor: Ragnarok." Educated at Emily Carr Institute of Art & Design, Rasely is fluent in Chinese Mandarin and English and is passionate about improving pipelines and workflows in the industry. Rasely's leadership skills are complemented by a commitment to organization and detail-oriented work.
