Creating an Industrial Mentors platform is an idea of what the founder Mr. Nasir Anwar has in his mind right start from his engineering Degree. He has felt an immense gap between industry and young industrial professionals they don’t know about best practices, procedures, skills, problems, assets type, attitude is required in their relevant industry might be from power plants, fertilizer, oil and gas sector, cement industry, garments or chemical, food and beverages, etc

The cost of this disconnectivity s very serious not on the engineer/ young professionals end but on the industrial side as well.

What engineer loss? Their valuable potential, time, resources. This cost is massive why? Because they have lost so many years just to get the knowledge about the skills, JD, Technology, Market, certification which they might have earlier if we have a mentors connectivity platform

On the other end what industrialist loss? Excessive plant operational and maintenance cost, how? the untrained and unaware engineer will become the defect creator instead of the defect eliminator. That is how he will be a cost builder in operation and maintenance activities

With this vision and background, Mr. Nasir Anwar has taken the initiative to reduce this gap and requesting top industry professionals in his circle who belongs to different industrial sectors to contribute to the area and we thanks them for their commitment and cooperation

This is a cause and has no profit loss shares

This is a pure motivation to improve our engineering community to inspire them not to waste their precious early of years and listen to their industrial mentors in order to quickly focused, clear, and align in their career

Therefore we request you If you have the knowledge and exposure of your field then connect with us to deliver this knowledge to the young generation and make a contribution to make Pakistan great
