IRG’s story.

We began our venture in 2009 with the goal of creating relationships in the manufacturing sector through our unique approach to the recruiting process. From the outset, our goal has always been to provide the best overall experience in the industry. We achieve this by hiring recruiters with the highest levels of passion, professionalism, and integrity, whose focus is not on their next placement, but rather on the long-term success of our candidates and client companies alike. Although the company has grown and evolved over the years, our core foundation of respect for all individuals involved in the recruiting process will never change.

Today, we connect supervisors, managers, engineers and executives with companies ranging from small, local manufacturing facilities to successful Fortune 100 companies.
