Derek Bastien

Derek Bastien is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations, project management, and member experience across various roles. Currently serving as the TechOps Program Manager for North America at Industrious, Derek oversees a portfolio of technology projects, including the transition of 90 locations to a new network management platform. Prior roles include Member Experience Manager at both the Boston Copley and Boston Seaport locations, where significant revenue and occupancy growth were achieved. As co-founder and president of Karaoke Charlotte, Derek established a prominent community organization and led successful marketing strategies. Previous experience includes positions at Eastdil Secured, Bank of America, and The Mint Museum, demonstrating a strong background in communications, finance, and strategic planning. Derek holds a B.S. in Economics with a focus on Finance from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
